Debugger not working in Qt Creator 5.13.1

I have the following environment:

OSx Mojave 10.14.6
Qt Creator 5.13.1

When starting a simple application with the debugger /usr/bin/lldb, the application is stopped without an error message.

Debugging the application from command line works fine.
How to fix this?

you surely have Qt 5.13.1, the Creator version might be different (I guess 4.9.1 or so).

Can you post the contents of Windows > View > Debugger Log?
