Sound recording with Qt

Hello. Is It possible to record sound from audiocard using Qt, will the application runs on Linux? And if it possible how can I do it?

Yes, it's possible. We have "QtMultimedia":http://doc.qt.nokia.com/4.6/qtmultimedia.html since Qt 4.6.

This module is well documented and there are examples how to record and playback sound.

And, yes, it works under Linux.
