.pro editor broken in Eclipse Helios

Hi,

I am using Eclipse Helios CDT with the latest Qt integration (1.6.1 win32) on 32bit Windows 7 Pro. Everything works fine (e.g. Qt Designer integration) except for the Qt .pro file editor. When I double-click on a .pro file, I get a text editor window with correct syntax highlighting but there are no tabs at the bottom of the editor to switch to the "Settings" view depicted in the documentation here:

Basically the entire "Settings" view does not seem to exist. I have found "one other post ":http://www.qtforum.org/article/31309/doc-to-install-qt-integration-eclipse-windows-7.html on the web with a similar issue but no solution.

Is there any way to fix this? Or is this a bug with the Qt integration under Windows 7 or Helios?

I get the same behaviour on Linux X86_64 with Helios and Galileo (Ganymede was OK)

I have now tested under Linux 32bit with Helios and it is not working there either.

The missing editor is considered a feature:

In other words, there is no more "Settings" GUI for .pro files as of 1.6.0.
