Qt installation

how to compile qt5.13 with msvs_2015,i already copiled but the error is:NMAKE : fatal error U1077: '"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\VC\BIN\amd64\cl.EXE"' : return code '0x2' Stop.
how to solve this issue
