How to connect to websocket ?

I use the example "SSL Echo Server Example".
Trying to connect to websocket "wss://ws.binaries.com/websockets/v3?app_id=1089".
The websocket is definitely working, you can check it here.
But the program "SSL Echo Server Example" does not connect. Why is the program not working? Maybe you need some libraries?
