Maintenance Tool doesn't uninstall Qt 5.12.0

I have installed Qt 5.12.0 and 5.12.3 and not I can't remove Qt 5.12.0. The Maintenance Tool just flashes a progress bar for a fraction of second, then offers to restart or quit. After restart, no changes are made. Qt 5.12.0 is still there.
What can I do to help troubleshoot this issue?

Solved by manually removing packages from components.xml and deleting them.

this sounds like a bug. Can you reproduce the issue? Could you file a bug report with the steps how to reproduce it?
You can assign it to "Installer Team".
