qt maintenance tool not fetching the repositories

I have installation issues with Qt maintenance tool 3.0.6 on Windows 10 x64. The maintenance tool stops every time when is trying to retrieve the meta information from repositories. I installed Qt last year without any problems on the same computer. Are there any files I have to remove so the maintenance tool can install Qt?

There is already a bug report open https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-74155
You may want to check out and vote for it. Possibly you can add more information e.g. The mirror you are using.

I cannot see any repo listed in the maintenance tool when I check the Settings. There is any specific file on Windows where this tool saves the repo infomation?
