Acer Crystal Eye Webcam support for Qt5

Hello there!

Currently I am developing an application to manage webcams and it works perfectly with a wide range of webcam references.
Nevertheless, a user of my product tells me that my software can't detect its webcam Acer Crystal Eye in Windows 7. He tells me that he has no issue with other applications like Skype.

I just want to know what are the requirements for a webcam to be detected and supported by Qt5?
