My apologies... again :-) ... if this is the wrong place to post this.

I have connected with at least one other forum member (@robp) who is working with the QMLBook tutorial at https://qmlbook.github.io. This seems to be a fairly popular and effective tutorial (so far), but they don't have any sort of interactive, topic-based forum like this one for people to discuss the tutorial and any problems.

I'm wondering if I can prevail upon the moderators of this forum to establish a new sub-forum for "QMLBook Tutorial" or maybe one for "tutorials" in general.

In general, what is the proper way to make such requests for new sub-forums? Also, what is the correct venue for contacting the QT Forum moderators, either privately or publicly?

    Thanks...

      Hi,

Moved to a more appropriate sub-forum.

This kind of request can be done here in the Qt.io webservice subforum were it can be discussed.

If need you can contact the moderators through the chat.

      [edit: fixed for clarity SGaist]

And just for clarity, @SGaist means the forum here, not the actual qt.io site. Don't get mislead by the forum parser making qt.io a link.

Thanks, @SGaist and @kshegunov. So, any chance a new sub-forum can be established here, dedicated to either tutorials in general or the QMLBook tutorial in particular?

I've contacted one of the authors to check if they have something in place. I am waiting on his answer.
