Build error

when building quazip-0.7.3 using Qt 5.7.0 MSVC2013 I get this error:

Error while building/deploying project quazip (kit: Desktop Qt 5.7.0 MSVC2013 32bit)

Caan you please help what path is wrong?

Did you check the path?
Possibly you havean issue with anti-virus application, which is blocking or removing the compiled application.

@MartinD In past experience this is usually a permissions error of some sort. Sometimes I've seen it because of junctions, sometimes because of actual permissions issues.

Is C:\Users\Martin\AppData\Local\Temp the problematic path? Is it possible to change it? I disabled my Kaspersky antivirus, with no success. I also tried to manually copy some exe file to C:\Users\Martin\AppData\Local\Temp and it happily exists there with no issue.

I don't think so. Rather, the file C:\Users\Martin\AppData\Local\Temp\qztest.exe.5360.5078.jom contains the paths to the objects the linker will collect.

Can you tell us the path your sources are located and the one to your build directory? Do they contain non-ASCII characters or spaces?

Quazip sources are located at D:\Projects\quazip-0.7.3 and build directory is D:\Projects\build-quazip-Desktop_Qt_5_7_0_MSVC2013_32bit-Release

I can't see any problem, these paths are very similar to paths used in my other Qt projects I build.

Both paths look sane fore me...

I would expect some non-ASCII (or whitespace) chars to lead to problems like yours...

I give it up. I will use dll library which I managed to build.
