Placing undefined amount of qgraphicspixmapitem

Hi, I would like to place a dynamically chosen amount of qgraphicspixmapitem on the scene that have the same pixmap but the problem is that qgraphicspixmapitem is non-copyable. I tried using a Qlist of pointers but it will only let me add one item with the same pixmap.. how can I add a modifiable amount of items like that without lets say making 25 pixmapitem as class members ?!
