Application crashed when run as Administrator

Hi All,
I have a problem on windows 7 32bit. It is working well when i open it by double click on app icon. However, i could not start my application when i tried to run it as administrator.
What i can received is something like:
Application has stopped working, for more detail i get Fault Module Name : Qt5WebEngineCore.dll, Exception code: 80000003
Have you seen this kind of error?
