Qt ModBus Master support for ASCII transmission mode

Is there a direct QT support for ASCII transmission mode in serial communication as a Master device? I see that there is support for QModbusRtuSerialMaster which supports only RTU transmission mode. Similarly, I'm looking for ASCII transmission mode. Is there out of the box solution available or can it be done with minimal changes?
