Problem with Qt 5.1.1 Windows online installation

When I try to run the Qt 5.1.1 online installer I get the following error message:

"Could not fetch Updates.xml from repository: Qt Android for Windows-x86 host online repository. Error: Connection timed out"

Did anyone also received this message ?

Yes i too get the same error.. It downloads till 196MB and error out. Please advise asap.

Hello.

I am totally Qt Newbie but the Error Message looks very Familiar like on other Online Installation Tools.

The Installer got no Answer from the Server and simply timed out.
Either

• The DL Server had a Timeout and failed to Response. Or If the Servers are online
• I would check if your ISP interferes in some bad way or if your Connection has currently some Problems.

I installed Qt 5.1.1 yesterday evening (between 20:00 PM and 22:00PM GMT+1 from Germany [Downloading all the Files took so long]) and i dont had any problems.

I would say: Try again :)

I am still facing the issue in installing.

Hmm...had to make two tries, just earlier today. Maybe it's just a bit flakey...I'd keep trying...sorry for not offering something more specific...

I have the same problem when I use a mobile phone 4G+ connection.
