"Print selected text" feature

I know that up to Qt Creator 3.0 there is no option of printing selected text.
You can use some old workaround using "external tools and a2ps":http://www.codegardening.com/2011/04/printing-from-qtcreator.html but you will miss code highliting and the plexibility of a full printing framework.So, if "Print selected text" has not been implemented in the upcoming 3.1 release, where is the best place to make a "feature request" for Qt Creator ?
