SCXML designer disabled

Hello all,
I'm using QT5.9.2 QtCreator 4.4.1 and mingw 5.3.0 32bit (win10.64bit) and my problem is that after creating an scxml file, I've the "design" button disabled and I can only edit it in textual mode.
Something is wrong with my setup? Can I enable the "design" button in some way?

@serpe You have to enable the "Modeling" Plugins available at the Help menu.
