QtCreator Plugin with custom designer

Hello everybody,
Please let me know whether it is possible to implement custom plugin for QtCreator with custom designer ( QGraphicsScene / QGraphicsView ) ? In our plugin I want to provide additional widgets / items and a custom right-side toolbars ( plugin tree structure and properties / metadata ) like in the below examples :
Any links to pages which could help me to implement such feature ( if it is possible ) are welcome ;)

Yes it should be possible but not simple task as it would involve most of Creator
