Hello,
i installed the Qt 5.2.1 on Windows for MingW using this package:
qt-opensource-windows-x86-mingw48_opengl-5.2.1.exe

How to setup to get "Project", "Examples" and "Tutorials" in the
topmost left 'Welcome' TAB ?

Install and start QtCreator. Then projects, examples and tutorials are visible.
