Bluetooth on in a daemon program

Hi everybody. I'm writing a program using bluetooth for Linux.
The program works only if I use it in a desktop session, not in a daemon contest. I see that in daemon contest is not possible to access to bluetooth devices.
Have you got any experience on this? Are you able do use bluetooth devices by daemon?
