Precompile qml files to qmlc with cmake

I am looking for a way to precompile the qml files as qmlc files with Qt 5.9.1

I found instructions here on how to do it by configuring the .pro files

However we use cmake and compile from a msvc project.
Are there instructions on how we can achieve this?
