I want install QtRPT and QtRptDesigner in ubuntu 16.04 LTS for reporting using Qt5

Hi ,
after untar the file QtRpt ....after trying to install i got some errors are
This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "xcb".

Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
Aborted (core dumped)

Hi QtRpt is not part of Qt .
So we have no examples here.
You can ask in the QtRpt forum.

okay using QPrinter or QpdfWriter i can make report from my existing tableview with sqldatabase

yep that works quite well for hand coded rapports.

using qpainter and pdf. Not see any as its just like drawing. So any drawing example could as well be a report./ to pdf.

after running from the qt creator also got some errors is there way to install QtRPT and QRptDesigner from terminal i.e deb package like that?
