Can i use a custom layout in UI designer ?

The flow layout from the samples is exactly what I need. Can i use it in the UI Designer ?

If i manually edit the .ui (xml) file, and change the class of the layout to the flowlayout class it works perfectly, but QT Creator keeps changing it back to a QGridLayout.
