I ahve created a MenuBar and added menu items

i have wrote an example to create a MenuBar and added the Menu and further the actions to it as below.

Menu1 Menu2 Menu3
action1_1 action2_1 action3_1
action1_2 action2_2
action1_3 action2_3

now when i , hover the mouse over the Menu1/Menu2/Menu3 i do not get the pop up of the action iten associated with it ,
i get to see the action items "only if i can click the mouse button" on any of the Menu items.

i have enabled the mouse tracking also.

please help me.
