Hi,
am I blind? I can´t find a way to update the QT Creator,.. So I loaded the full new version, but when I started it, it wanted to install in a new directory, is this the way to go? A new Installation for every minor update?

Hi,
Currently, the Online installer can perform in-place upgrades of Qt Creator. For the Offline installer, you need to uninstall the old version first.
This obviously isn't ideal. You can post a request to improve the installer at https://bugreports.qt-project.org/
