Get unique personal computer ID on Windows

I would like to obtain a PC ID with QT that will be unique only for the given computer on WINDOWS 10 OS. I have looked in the QSystemInfo class but i cant find anything that I can use. Any suggestions?

Are you talking about some Windows 10 function to do that?
Something (maybe) new in windows?

My software will be running on Windows 10 OS on a PC. So, for examle, I would like my software to be able to obtain the unique CPU ID of that computer.
