Qt Maintenance tool can't update my Qt

It spends considerable amount of time trying to download some metadata but fails with same error for different files:
Basically it says: network error while downloading "..." : connection timed out.
How to solve this problem? My Maintenance tool is not that old, it has Qt 5.6 repositories listed.
