Poor text antialiasing in my qml application (windows)
-
Can I use windows cleartype in my qt qml application? It's a lot better, the qt's antialiasing is just ugly, they differ a lot, here is the proof:

On the left you see Windows cleartype, on the right you see qt/qml antialias (these are the same fonts and colors).
Qt's antialias is so "blurry", it hurts my eyes, it's not acceptable, especially when used on some gradient backgrounds.
Is it possible to use windows antialias (cleartype) in qt? If not, is it possible to use some 3rd party library that offers better antialiasing? Does anyone know of such? If yes, how to integrate it in my qml app?
Cheers,
Cezary. -
