How to add "Help" to my Application

Hey all,
Can someone explain me in understandable steps how to add "Help" to my Application please?

I've read that I can make it with html file.
But I want to make it professional.

Should I use the QHelpEngineCore class? If Yes, how should me start? :-)

you can read the "docs of Qt 4.8":http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-4.8/qthelp-framework.html
I guess the very most of it hasn't changed and is still applicable.
