Cross-compiling with root privileges?

Hey, I use wiringPi and every time when I run program from Qt I see this message:

wiringPiSetup: Must be root. (Did you forget sudo?)
The application ended output code 1.

Is there any way to get root privileges for raspberry from cross-compiling in Qt ?
