How to submit issue/bug to PySide project?

I'm trying to submit an issue to the PySide project. Are you're not allowed to do that unless you're a dev? (I'm logged in)
-- If so, how can you report issues to the maintainers/developers?

You can check and add bug reports for Qt issues on JIRA
It should be the same account as for this forum. -
@koahnig that's what I was expecting too. It doesn't work, as you can see in this screenshot: http://imgur.com/a/kH1Ze

OK; I will see that one with the proper rights will know this and probably take care of it.

Hi @Fredrik-Averpil
From the picture it looks like you are trying to assign a 'user story' which is a bigger target for the developers. It is used to manage the workflow in development.
The terminology comes from agile development methods, and sometimes is a bit strange. (agile is pretty down to earth, common sense stuff, but when it was created they decided to use certain terms to avoid clashes with existing other development methods)Try opening a normal bug, i.e. not change the type to user story. And leave the assign field to automatic or default. That should work.
If that doesn't work, I'll ask our bugmaster to take a look at the roles.
