QT Set up for Beagleboard Xm

I am trying to run qt application on beagle-board XM.
I am new to the Qt Cross Compilation and porting Qt to embedded device

I am using Debian-8.3 console on XM board instead of default Armstrong Linux.
on host machine i am using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

for Dedian-8.3 I am not getting qt tool chain for cross compilation.
and also help me how to install qt on XM board running on Dedian-8.3 console.

Please Tell me all the steps
