Maintenancetool no repository

Hello,

I installed opensource Qt 5.6. SDK linux64, online-installer, but the Maintenancetool does not work and does not show up any repository.
"Could not retrieve remote tree"
Also tried "repochooser" but no success.
I tried several instructions on web to make Maintenancetool work as usual, but any of them works for me.
May anybody be so kind to post an url to an instruction which is tested and works.

repochooser 10.0 and starting maintenancetool as root seems to work.
Actually extremely slow, but this is another problem.
