Problem with "Bluetooth Low Energy Scanner Example"

Hey,
I'm using the example to get some devices informations of my Atmel Devkit with BLE 4.1... It's working pretty well on my phone (except some drawing issues) but not on the desktop device with Ubuntu 16.04 or 15.10.
The device needs a passkey to get full access. If I connect via phone, the menu pops up and I can enter the key on the desktop pc nothing happen.
Is there any function to enter the passkey and get paired successfully?
