Unified Installer Windows 7-64 FAILS

I can't get the windows installer to work, tried multiple times. Get all the way to the end, hit install button then get error. "qt-unified-windows-x86-2.0.3-online.exe has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close and notify you if a solution is available." all attempts to manual download and install, either fail to connect or vector me back to the broken unified installer.

Have you tried to disable virus scanner and install?Maybe try offline installer

( mingw compiler)@mrjj Just Tried it with Symantic off same issue at this point ive tried every windows variant of the unified installer I cant believe im the only one this is happening to, worked great on ubuntu 15 i might be ableto try on a windows vm next week, this is very frustrating.
