QT and MinGW

I have VS2015 installed on my Win10 Laptop and I'd like to use Qt for g++, yes I know.., but this are the requirements. However, the download page for qt only lets me download a qt that works with VS2015. Is there a Qt-32bit version that is only for MinGW-64?

This package contains 32-bit Qt 5.5.1 and MinGW-w64 4.9.2
It should also be accessible from www.qt.io/download-open-source/
