    Hello together,

    after downloading and installing the latest Qt I face massive difficulties with QtCreator (3.5.1 as qtcreator.exe -version tells me).

    By starting it via cmd or doubleclick on exe, nothing happens except the process is initiated (with about 50MB of RAM used).

    There is no window, no error nor anything else.

    Is this a known bug? I already testeted qtcreator.exe -noload welcome with no effect.

    BR

      Hi, just guessing; if you have anti-virus installled on your Win7 try disabling that.

        @hskoglund
        you're right - at least I had no notification from avast (the scanner I use) so I had no idea it had to do with that.

        Thanks for the help!
