QWidget set invisible interferes with OpenGL

I use a floating widget which pops up on button click. After hiding it and let it pop up again on a different position it is there twice. Once on the correct new position and once again in the OpenGL window (QVTKWidget) at the old position.

Does anyone have an idea how to avoid the displaying of the old position?
