QSpinBox Button Size

Is it possible to change the size of the +/- (up/down) buttons on QSpinBox? I would like to use it on a touchscreen but the buttons are too small for use without a stylus. The width is especially too small and I would like to increase it to make it easier to use with a finger.

See QApplication::setGlobalStrut() or you have to use a custom style where you define the size of the buttons explicite. (--> QProxyStyle)
