Cutting mp3 file

Hi, I'd like to write an application for my android galaxy s4 mobile that could cut mp3 file, that is, for example create a new mp3 file containing the fourth minute of another mp3 file.
I did not see any Qt Class doing that in Qt Multimedia module.
Does anyone have a solution for me? A Qt add-on.? An external library (also portable on android)
Any other backup solution?
