Make install path

Hello,
I'm reading the docs about qmake project variables:

but I can't understand how to achieve the following.
I have a project, say in /home/marco/myproject/src which place the output file into the default directory.
I want to add a make step (install) to:

• copy the executables (and qml directory) to /home/marco/myproject/bin
• copy other files to the same dir

I tried to add:

@
target.files += myotherfiles
target.path = /home/marco/myproject/bin
INSTALLS += target
@

but it tries to copy into /opt/myproject and of course it can't.
What is the variable that holds the install path?

Partially solved setting:

target.path = /home/marco/myproject/bin
target.files += myotherfiles
@

BEFORE calling the pri file of the qtquick2applicationviewer (for qml).
No need to set the INSTALLS variable.

It works, but it creates a myproject directory aside the bin one. I don't want that. I want the myproject output folder in the default location. Only the "install" directory (bin) should be created in the given path.
