Adjustin the size of the QComboBox

Using QCombobox in an application and on Windows 7 the application sizes the combobox to fit the content, however when we run the same app, in Win 10 and open up the dialog combobox on Windows 10, the text in the combobox appears to be bigger than than the vertical height of the combobox. Please what is the best way or property setting in Qt designer to tell the combobox to adjust its height to fit the text contents in Win 10. Many kind thanks; Im using Qt 4.8.5 thanks
