Registering ActiveX Com dll fails (Wrapper Example (ActiveQt))

When I try to register "ActiveX com object wrapper example on Windows XP 32bit":http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5.0/activeqt/activeqt-wrapper.html machine it says,
bq. LoadLibrary("wrapperax.dll") failed - The specified procedure could not be found.
I'm sure I have all dependencies in place. Dependency Walker also confirmed it.
My development environment:
Windows 8 64bit,
Qt 5.1 RC1 MSVC2010 32 (tried with MSVC2012 32 too)
