How to Edit data in a Qt Assistant Collection

I'm using Qt Assistant for my documents and running into a problem of editing those documents and the edits showing. I have to hunt down all the cache files on my machine and delete them before any of the edits will show. This is ok for one machine, however multiple machines this becomes a problem. How do I refresh the cache after changing my documents? How do I disable caching for Qt Assistant and my collection?
