Not able to find the button in a html webpage

Just use translate button to change it to english. The you see just beside 3 diablo II there are 2 buttons 'Buy' and 'I Sell'..... I need to have this button from the html code.

I am not able to find the button. I think it is button 'input name=out'... With thisk I am clicking from my application but my page is not updating. Please help.
