Style QRadioButton dot separate from text?

Hello,

my problem is that when I style the color property of the QRadioButton selector, it changes the text and the dot inside of QRadioButton. Now when I want my text to be a light color on a dark background, I have the problem that the dot is almost invisible because it's always on a white background. Can someone show me a solution for this?
