'What is the meaning of the execution respect to a file ? ' I didnt get about 'respect to file' if there is some definition about this topic thanks for comments.

I am guessing it is a Turkish context :)

The English phrase, "with respect to" means "referring to" or "concerning". If I saw, "execution with respect to example.exe" I would think it was an awkward expression that means the execution of example.exe.

We would need more context to give a better meaning.
