Qml QtGraphicalEffects Static

Hello everybody,

For whom is interested to compile Qml statically, QtGraphicalEffects is not installed in static compile and the famous error will be show "QtGraphicalEffects module not installed".

I offer my own solution to compile QtGraphicalEffects statically.

I create a library "StasQtGraphicalEffects". Just link this library to your application and call the function stas_qt_static_plugin_StasQtGraphicalEffects();
