Exception starting debugger

Hello,

Im having some problem with debugger in qt creator 3.3.0. it was working well all the morning but i don't know what i did that is throwing and exception again and again when trying to start it.
The exception is code: 0x000007b: , flags=0x1 (execution can not be continued)
3 levels of debug are related with the file ntdll.

level0: RtlRaiseStatus
level1: _LdrpInitialize
level2: LdrInitializeThunk

The curious thing is that when this start to happend i don't changed really important in my code.
I'm very lost, so any help i really appreciate.

I have the same exception when trying to execute myapp.exe from working directory.
