QT Designer not working

I am new to QT. and have installed QT.
When I open QTDesigner I get all the dialog boxes open in different windows instead of one.
I also not able to create a new file as all the menus are disabled (See screen shot)

Press the Create button, then dock the windows.

Thanks, how can I make all the docks to be in one window?

You are the Mac user, you should find out that. Try dragging and dropping windows on each other.
