DEB file for Ubuntu

Can we create deb file of our application for Ubuntu with Qt Creator

You can create a DEB, but not with Qt Creator.

i tried "With this":http://www.webupd8.org/2010/01/how-to-create-deb-package-ubuntu-debian.html

all worked fine except after installing deb package i did not find my application

By which you mean what exactly? Any error codes during installation? Files missing?

no there was no error during installation. after installation i searched for that application but i did not found it.
